Cost

• The final cost depends on your needs and how long it takes to complete the project.
• Any changes you make to the website after the initial agreement may cost extra.

Agreement

• By approving a quote, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• You are responsible for providing all the information we need about your website.
• If we don’t have all the information we need upfront, there may be delays or extra costs.

Changes

• Small changes are usually okay, but big changes may cost extra.
• We will try to finish the project on time, but if you change the features it may take longer.
  If there are delays on your end, it may cost extra.

Refunds

• We generally don’t offer refunds, but we will fix any bugs we made for free.
• If you ask us to redo work we already finished, you will need to pay extra.

Content and Testing

• You need to give us all the content for your website within two weeks of starting the project.
• We test our websites on popular web browsers and devices. Let us know if you want us to test it on something else.
• If your website is not on our server, any problems caused by your server may cost extra.
• If you pause the project for more than two months, there may be extra fees.

Ownership

• We own the copyright to the code we write for your website, but you can buy a license to use it.
• You cannot resell or copy our code.

Third-Party Services

• We use third-party services sometimes, and these may change or cost extra.
• You are responsible for keeping any third-party software up to date.

Website Performance

• The website may not perform well on a slow office network.

Domain Registration and Hosting

• The cost of registering your domain name and hosting your website is not included in our quote.
• We can help you find hosting, but you need to approve the cost.
• If you choose your own hosting, you need to make sure it meets our requirements.
• We cannot be responsible for problems caused by your hosting company.

Transferring Your Website

• We cannot give anyone else access to our test servers.
• You can move your website to another server after you pay us in full.

License

• Once you pay us in full, you have a license to use the website and its content.
• This does not include the copyright to the code that creates the website.

Communication

• We will communicate with you by email. Make sure you keep your email address up to date.
